Just visited to get my car tax renewed and what a lovely staff member who made everything comfortable and easy. Absolutely delightful lady who was a pleasure to speak to and deal with. I wish there were more people working in shops with her attitude and genuine approach. Lovely.

Received amazing customer service today from the lady with the American accent, I had the wrong postage label and she wrote out a new one and explained the alternative options and provided great, friendly service throughout.
